2. Radar Jammer ( 6,500 ) <-- This jams all radar types, <--

3. Scrambler ( 4,000 ) <-- When used, your messages are coded, only a person with another scrambler can decode them. <--

Descrambles encoded/scrambled messages

Radar Jammer 2
When used it can unjam radars but this will only unjam one rader and jam all others
Cost: 2,000

Comm Scrambler
Scrmbles a comm signal so it cant be jammed
Cost: 6,000
